Our monitoring centre is a specialised facility staffed by highly trained professionals who monitor and respond to a wide range of alerts and signals from connected devices. These devices may be installed in the home, worn by individuals, or integrated within healthcare and housing settings.
In 2025 alone, our team handled 1,656,170 incoming and outgoing calls, demonstrating the scale, reliability, and trust placed in our service every day. Calls varied from checking on residents, reassurance calls to alerts from connected devices.

Supporting Independent Living
Through Digital Solutions
Our digital solutions such as the Ally Smartwatch or the PEPPLE offer advanced remote monitoring capabilities, enabling carers and family members to support their loved ones from a distance. Using a combination of wearable devices and in-home sensors, the devices record important information such as:
- Movement patterns
- Falls or inactivity
- Vital health indicators (where applicable) can be monitored safely and discreetly.
If an irregularity, fall, or emergency is detected, an alarm is triggered and immediately routed to our 24/7 monitoring centre, and where appropriate, to nominated family members or carers. This proactive approach ensures rapid response, helping to minimise risks and prevent further health complications.
These services can form an essential part of a home care plan, supporting people to live independently for longer while providing peace of mind to those around them.
A Skilled Team, Available Day and Night
Our monitoring centre is supported by a team of 30 operators, offering a balanced mix of both female and male professionals. The team operates on a 24-hour roster, with each
operator working between 24 and 40 hours per week, ensuring consistent, reliable cover at all times.
Operators are trained to respond calmly, professionally, and effectively to every alert whether it’s a reassurance call, a fall, or a medical emergency.
