At Tunstall Emergency Response, our mission is to ensure that you and your loved ones are safe, protected and reassured when living alone, in a vulnerable situation or in need of extra care. Our aim is to make sure that you can live at home, independently, happily and with a better quality of life for longer, with the use of our telecare products and 24 hour monitoring centre.
When the Lifeline Dual is activated in an emergency, it dials our 24 hour monitoring centre putting you in contact with one of our caring and empathetic, highly trained monitoring centre staff, who will help you by assessing the situation and contacting the necessary contact or emergency services to assist you. Using the powerful internal speaker and microphone, you or your loved one can speak hands free with the operator until help arrives. Our operator will remain on the line until the situation has been resolved and we are satisfied that you are back in good hands.
Key Features of the Lifeline Dual:
The Lifeline Dual is our first Lifeline home unit with an integrated GSM module to enable the unit to be deployed on a mobile phone (GSM) network or land line phone. This provides a simple solution when no land line is available.
Each Lifeline Dual unit is supplied with a MyAmie pendant trigger that can be worn on the wrist, belt or around the neck as a pendant, allowing the user to activate an alarm call from anywhere in the house, without having to struggle to a phone.
