Advanced Radio Pager

Alert-iT Advanced Pagers feature Failsafe radio with a range of up to 450 metres, giving carers the freedom to work wherever they’re most needed knowing with confidence that all their service users are protected.

High capacity rechargeable batteries ensure that the pagers can be used away from their charger for up to three days, and the pagers can also be left switched on and operating normally while they are being charged.

Available in 8 channel (8 monitor) or 64 channel (capable of working with 64 monitors) versions to suit any size of professional care or domestic environment. Both pagers share intuitive four-button menu control and a highly robust design featuring biomaster coated plastic for durability with hygiene.

Key Features of the Alert It

“SafeLink”™ is a complete radio link concept which, by means of repetitive self-check signals and secure information coding, can alert the carer not only to the alarm but also to the loss or degradation of the radio signal. Most importantly it warns of interference from other systems using the same frequency range (e.g. door-bells, car locks, burglar alarms). As many as 15 systems can be used in the same area without interfering with each other. The radio signal will penetrate wallsso that the system issuitable for linking bedrooms, between floors or even between adjacent houses, up to a clear sight range of 450 metres.

Alert-it Care Alarms are social aids designed and manufactured in accordance with 93/42/EEC as Class 1 Medical Devices. They are intended to improve, but not replace,the vigilance of carers to distressing side-effects of various diseases, such as Epilepsy and Dementia.

They do not monitor vital physiological processes and should not be expected to diagnose any disease or predict the onset of any symptoms.
